How To Speak English??

This will be interesting topic as the improving numbers in Private English Course right now. Their's existences is not balance with the student's ability in speaking skill. Because most of them only focuses on the solution in completing the homework but forgetting their's speaking skill. So, guys,what we can do in helping the student's skill?

1. Don't be shy
That's what I often did to motivate my students. The more confidence you are, the more ready you to speak in front of people. Most of my students often feel shy to standing in front their teacher and their friends but I try to convince them that all of us are still learn. So, you're friend will not laugh at you. Sometimes, the students are good in speaking, but because they are not confidence, they didn't show it. how could the teacher know it? . So my lovely students, try to let all of your teachers know you. How???
Show us that u can do that😉

2. Don't afraid of mistakes
Maybe this is old trend where we have to speak based on grammar. That what the teacher taught us in the pass,.hiks. You know that, even the foreigners, speak as what they want. Why?
The point here is, in speaking, as long as your friends get the point of ur speaking, no matter about your grammar, that's the communication will be. So, why we have to stuck on the grammar only??? 
The fact is those who mastered grammar well, do not really good in speaking On the other hand, those who are good in speaking, are not really mastered in writing. That what I found during my teaching years.
So, why u have to think more?

Those two big points that really effect to your speaking skill. If you care enough on those point, I'm sure, that you gonna be good english speaker.
