What a Teacher Should Do Before Get to The Class?

Well, the reason why I choose this title is I often find some teachers feel so confused or afraid before they get to class. Why?
The answer is the teacher do not prepare theirself before.
So, what should they do before get to the class?

1. Make ur lesson plan
 This will help u in preparing the steps by steps when u get to the class. Start from the greeting,delivering the material n review it by giving the exercise to the students. At least u know what will you do while facing the students in the class. But if u don't, this must be u are creative one. Why? Because only the creative teachet that will get the fastest solution or the fastest way when they face students in the class. Me,as the example😉
I often did it,is not because I'm not preparing myself at home,but I never know what's going on with my student's mood on that day. If I force them to be what I want,it won't work. So, mostly, I try to be and to think as they are. And it works😉

2. Prepare ur Media
Well,it's really need ur time to make it as creative as possible. Why? The more creative ur media,the more interesting ur class will be. Believe it or not,today's generation are attracted to the 'real one'. For example, when u teach about geography,they do not want to hear you if you just standing in front of the class and saying earth is bla..bla..bla.. But if u turn the video on about the phenomenon of what happen in earth, ur class will be attractive. Not only video,even it's only powerpoint slide,but you combine it the up to date sound,it will effective too.

3. Prepare the Surprise
The surprise here is such a present that u share to ur students if they could answer the questions from you. U don' t have to prepare the expensive one, the point here is only we appreciate what the students do. If u couldn't prepare it, maybe u give them such a point plus. But don't forget to note it, because mostly the students will count how many points they got.

4. Create Ur Good Mood
We know that good mood is not always be with us. When ur preparation already maximal but it will broke only because ur badmood. So, before getting to the class, please get to the mirror and look at yourself and say, keep smile,.wkwkwk.
So,even you are in problem, don't let ur students know it..
